Terms and Conditions – Dr Scott Horsburgh

Consultation Fees

The cost of a Cosmetic Consultation with Dr Scott Horsburgh is $200. A Cosmetic Consultation/Comprehensive Skin Analysis with our Dermal Clinician is $100. Your consultation includes a full facial assessment, skin analysis, and discussion of potential treatment options. This fee is fully redeemable against your treatment. Cancellation Policy

A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. Failure to attend an appointment or cancelling/rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the deposit being forfeited. For treatments as part of a package, cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will forfeit that session.

Late Policy

To ensure we provide the highest level of care, appointments can only be held for 10 minutes past the scheduled time. After this, rescheduling may be necessary to maintain the flow of care for all clients. If you expect a delay, please notify us promptly.

Deposits

A deposit is required for all appointments, payable at the time of booking. Deposits are deducted from the treatment cost. Failure to attend or reschedule within 48 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited. Repeat cancellations may result in mandatory deposits for all future bookings.

Refund Policy

Results of treatments vary, and no guarantees can be made regarding outcomes. While we aim to achieve desired results, refunds are not provided for treatments performed. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge this policy.

Asymmetry

All faces naturally have asymmetry. While we strive to improve symmetry, minor differences may persist post-treatment. Any corrections of asymmetry will be at the patient’s expense, as complimentary treatments are not offered in these cases.

Suitability for Treatment

Treatments are assessed on an individual basis. If deemed unsuitable, patients may not receive the requested treatment. In such cases, the consultation fee applies. Patient safety remains our top priority.

Laser Procedures

Patients undergoing laser treatments should not have fake tan, recent sun exposure (within 2 weeks), active cold sores, or be on Roaccutane. A $100 fee applies for appointments postponed due to these conditions.

Payment Processing Fees

Payments via EFTPOS incur no fees. Payments with American Express incur a 1.65% surcharge, and Mastercard/VISA incur a 0.95% surcharge.

Review of Procedures

Ceasing the Clinic-Patient Relationship

Dr Scott Horsburgh and his team reserve the right to cease the clinic-patient relationship at any time. In such cases, referrals to alternative providers will be offered.
